Yes. Import your client lists from a CSV export of Pixieset, HoneyBook, Dubsado or Studio Ninja, and upload gallery folders straight into Caloreel. Galleries shot more than a year ago go straight to cheaper cold storage, and we'll help you plan a larger move by email.
Most photographers add 60 to 100 GB a year, so the Studio plan's 1 TB holds well over a decade of work. If you shoot video, run a team or simply never delete, Unlimited has no cap under fair use, with a friendly review above 5 TB.
Never. Galleries, emails, invoices, contracts, booking pages and the client portal carry your name, logo, colours and fonts on every plan. You can also put galleries and booking pages on your own domain.
You connect your own Stripe account, so clients pay you directly by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and the money lands in your bank. You're the merchant of record, in your own currency. Caloreel charges a 3% fee on print and download sales only; invoices and session fees carry no Caloreel fee.
Yes. We act as your processor under UK GDPR, with a data processing agreement for every studio. Photos and files are stored on Cloudflare R2 in the EU jurisdiction, encrypted in transit and at rest. Read more on our security page.
Cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, then have 30 days to export your galleries and client records before we delete them.
You get every feature for 14 days with no card. When you're ready, choose Studio at £20 a month or £45 for Unlimited, or pay annually and save about 17%.
