How do mini-session days work?
Pick a date, a session length and a gap, and the slots are generated back to back. Families book and pay a deposit online, and when the day is full they can join a waitlist and are offered any slot that frees up.
Can grandparents order prints?
Yes. Share the gallery with anyone the family chooses. They can save their own favourites and order prints or downloads without creating an account.
How do you handle families with two homes or two parents booking?
A household holds as many people as the family needs, each with their own email and permissions. You choose who receives emails, who pays and who can see the gallery, so separated parents can both be included.
Can I take a deposit when a family books?
Yes. Set a price and deposit on each session type, and ask for a signed session agreement and a questionnaire as part of booking. The booking is confirmed when the steps you require are done.
Do clients see your branding?
No. Booking pages, galleries, emails and the client portal carry your logo, colours and fonts on every plan. Caloreel doesn't appear anywhere your clients look.
