Run your wedding photography business in one place.

From the first enquiry to the album order: a CRM that treats the couple as one client, contracts both of them sign, payment plans that collect themselves and galleries their guests buy prints from.

Two people.
One booking.

A wedding has two clients and often a parent paying part of it. They live in one household: both sign, any of them can pay, and every email opens with both names.

  • Multi-signer contracts
  • Split payments between partners and parents
  • Pronouns and preferred names on every contact

A year of admin,
on one record.

A wedding booked eighteen months out has a long tail. Workflows send the routine emails on time, and every step lands on the same household.

  1. 12 to 18 months out

    Enquiry and call

Both partners on the consultation, each with the Meet link.

  2. On booking

    Contract and retainer

Each signs on their own link; the retainer is paid there and then.

  3. Through the year

    Instalments

Reminders reach every billing contact before each date.

  4. 8 weeks before

    Questionnaire

Timings, family groups and venue rules save onto the job.

  5. 4 weeks before

    Final balance

Paid by whoever is paying, with receipts to each of them.

  6. The day

    In your calendar

With the venue, the timeline and your second shooter.

  7. The week after

    First look

A small gallery of favourites to share while they wait.

  8. Weeks after

    The full gallery

Scenes, favourites and downloads for everyone invited.

  9. Months after

    Album and prints

Favourites become album picks; parents order wall art.

An example schedule. Your stages, timings and emails are yours to set.

Galleries the guests
buy prints from.

Deliver the day in scenes, let the couple circle album picks and the parents save their own, and let every guest order prints from the same link.

Questions,
answered.

Can both partners sign the contract?

Yes. Mark both as signers and each gets their own link. The contract completes when everyone required has signed, and anyone who hasn't gets a reminder.

Can parents pay part of the balance?

Yes. Add a parent to the household as a billing contact. Every billing contact receives the invoice and reminders, and any of them can pay any instalment, in any amount.

How much storage does a wedding take?

A 1,000-photo wedding exported at full resolution is typically 10 to 25 GB, so Studio's 1 TB holds dozens of weddings. Galleries nobody has opened for 90 days move to cold storage on their own, and Unlimited has no cap under fair use.

Can wedding guests buy prints?

Yes. Anyone you share the gallery with can browse, save favourites and order prints or downloads without creating an account. You can ask guests for their email first.

Is there a free wedding contract template?

Yes: a UK and US wedding photography contract template, plus a questionnaire and a day timeline. Copy them, or start your trial and send them as documents both partners can sign.

Book the next couple here.

Bring your client list and your contract wording, and send your next enquiry a proposal both partners can accept. Fourteen days free.
