Everything your studio runs on.
One box.
Five tools that usually come from three or four companies, built as one: client galleries, a print store, a CRM that treats a couple as one client, booking, and contracts with invoices. From £20 a month.
One couple, nine frames,
one record.
Every step of a booking happens in the same place, so nothing is copied between tools and every step knows about the last.

Plugged into
what you keep.
Caloreel replaces a gallery platform and a CRM. It works with the services you'd keep anyway, and it signs in with Google.
- Google Calendar: two-way sync and free/busy checks
- Google Meet: a link for every remote session
- Gmail and Google Workspace: threads on the client card (early access)
- Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and pay by bank, into your account
- Prodigi and WHCC: lab fulfilment for the print store
- Any website: booking and enquiry forms embed in one line
Questions,
answered.
Is every feature on both plans?
Yes. Studio and Unlimited include the same galleries, print store, CRM, booking, contracts, invoices, questionnaires and client portal. Unlimited adds storage, seats (5 instead of 2), video hours and priority support.
Do I have to use all of it?
No. Many photographers start with galleries and add the CRM when their current subscription ends, or the other way round. Everything is switched on, and nothing gets in the way if you don't use it yet.
What isn't included?
There's no website builder: Caloreel puts galleries and booking pages on your domain and embeds into the website you already have. There are no native mobile apps yet (it works in the browser on any phone), Outlook isn't supported, and Gmail sync is in early access.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The studio app, galleries, booking pages and client portal all work in a mobile browser, so you can reply to an enquiry or check a payment between shoots.
Open the box.
Every feature, switched on, for fourteen days. Bring your clients and galleries with you; we'll help you move.
