Client galleries
Dubsado has no client galleries, so you'll need a separate gallery tool. Caloreel includes galleries, downloads and a print store on both plans, alongside the CRM.

Dubsado's prices rose about 75% for new customers on 1 December 2025, with existing users keeping their older price. As of October 2026 it's $335 a year on Starter and $525 on Premier. Caloreel Studio is £200 a year including VAT, and Unlimited £450.

On Dubsado, scheduling, workflows, public proposals and Zapier are on Premier, and Starter has one lead form. Every Caloreel feature, including booking pages and automatic reminders, is on both plans.
Users included
Dubsado includes three extra users at no charge, and unlimited clients. Caloreel Studio includes two seats and Unlimited five, so Dubsado's user allowance is more generous than Caloreel Studio's.
Couples on one record
In Caloreel a client is a household, so both partners share one record and a contract can require both signatures. Invoices, reminders and emails reach every contact on the booking.

How much does Dubsado cost now?

Does Dubsado have client galleries?
No. Dubsado is a business management CRM with forms, contracts, invoices and workflows, so photographers pair it with a separate gallery tool. Caloreel includes galleries and a print store on both plans.
Does Caloreel charge a fee on payments?
Not on invoices or session payments. You connect your own Stripe account, so Stripe's normal card fees apply, much as payment processor fees apply with Dubsado. Caloreel takes 3% of print and download sales from your galleries.
Can I customise workflows as much as in Dubsado?
If building detailed custom forms and workflows is what you value most, Dubsado may suit you better. Caloreel follows each client from enquiry to gallery in one pipeline, with automatic reminders for contracts and payments.
Does Caloreel work with Outlook?
Not yet. Gmail sync works with Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes and is in early access. Bookings need a Google Calendar, but you can subscribe to your Caloreel calendar feed from Apple Calendar or Outlook.
