Sell prints from every gallery.
Keep 97%.
Fine art prints, frames, canvases and albums, lab-fulfilled or made by you, plus digital downloads, all sold from the gallery your clients already love. Our fee is 3%, on every plan.

3% isn't the lowest fee.
Here's where it sits.
We charge 3% of each print and download sale on both plans, including the cheapest. Free gallery plans elsewhere often take 15%. Some paid plans take nothing at all, and we'd rather you heard that from us.

Print store questions.
Which labs do you work with?
Prodigi prints and ships wall art, fine art prints and photo books for UK and worldwide orders, routing each order to a lab near the customer. WHCC serves US studios. You can also sell products you fulfil yourself, such as albums from your own album company.
Who handles payment and VAT?
Your clients pay through your own Stripe account, so you are the merchant of record and the money lands with you. Tax is calculated by destination. Caloreel takes its 3% as an application fee on each sale.
Is 3% the cheapest store fee available?
No, and we'd rather say so. As of October 2026, ShootProof charges 0% commission on all plans, Pixieset says its paid gallery plans carry no commission, and Pic-Time charges nothing on its Professional and Advanced plans when you collect payment yourself. Our 3% applies on every plan, including the cheapest, with lab fulfilment handled.
Do I see the crop before it's printed?
Yes, if you want to. Orders can wait for your approval so you can check each crop before it goes to the lab, or you can switch on auto-submit for faster delivery.
Can guests buy prints too?
Yes. Anyone you give gallery access to can order prints and downloads without creating an account. Grandparents are often your best customers.
Is there a fee on invoices too?
No. The 3% applies only to print, product and download sales from galleries. Invoices and session payments carry no Caloreel fee; Stripe's card fees apply as usual.
