Unlimited has no hard storage cap for galleries you deliver to your own clients. Above 5 TB a real person emails you, you look at it together, and nothing changes in your account automatically.
On Studio, we'll tell you well before you reach 1 TB. If you do, new uploads pause until you tidy up or upgrade. Your galleries and store keep working for your clients, and nothing is deleted.
When a client or guest buys prints, wall art, albums or downloads from your gallery, Caloreel keeps 3% of the sale. Wedding fees, retainers and session payments carry no Caloreel fee at all. Stripe's card fees apply, as they would anywhere.
It isn't the lowest store fee you can find: as of October 2026, ShootProof charges 0% on every plan. Ours is the same 3% on both plans, with lab fulfilment handled. How the store works

Like-for-like features differ between products, and we haven't converted currencies: dollar prices are as published in USD. Pixieset's paid plans and Pic-Time's Professional plan (when you collect payment yourself) charge no store commission, lower than our 3%.

Yes. UK prices include VAT at the standard rate. If you're VAT-registered, your invoices from us show the VAT so you can reclaim it.

There's no hard cap for genuine photography work: galleries for your own clients. Above 5 TB we'll get in touch to look at your usage together, and agree a custom studio price if you need one. We never delete anything without talking to you first.
