Can clients choose a set number of images to retouch?
Yes. Turn on proofing with a selection limit, such as 10 images for retouching, and offer extra images beyond the limit. Selections show up on the job so you can start editing straight away.
Can I sell digital files as well as prints?
Yes. Sell single downloads or the full gallery alongside prints and wall art, on the same price list. Downloads are delivered at the size you choose.
Can I use it for headshots and business clients?
Yes. A household can be a business with several contacts, each with their own email and permissions, and invoices go to the billing contact. Booking pages handle back-to-back headshot slots.
Do I need a model release for portfolio use?
Often it's wise, and for advertising use it's usually essential. Our free model release form template explains when you need one in the UK and the US, and it isn't legal advice.
What does it cost?
Studio is £20 a month with 1 TB and every feature. There's a 3% fee on print and download sales, and no Caloreel fee on session payments or invoices.
