Booking questions.

Does Caloreel sync both ways with Google Calendar?

Yes. Caloreel checks your free and busy times across the calendars you choose before offering a slot, writes each booking into the calendar you pick, and notices when you move or cancel the event in Google.

Can I use Apple Calendar or Outlook?

Bookings need a Google Calendar to check availability. If you live in Apple Calendar or Outlook, subscribe to your Caloreel calendar feed there so every booking and shoot shows up alongside your other events.

Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. Set a price and deposit on each session type. You can require the contract to be signed, the deposit to be paid and a questionnaire to be sent before a booking is confirmed.

How do mini sessions work?

Pick a date, a session length and a gap, and the slots are generated back to back. When they're full, families can join a waitlist and are offered any slot that frees up.

Can I put booking on my existing website?

Yes. Paste one line of code into Squarespace, Showit, WordPress, Wix or any site that accepts HTML, and your booking page appears in place, in your branding.

Can both partners join a consultation call?

Yes. The booking form asks for a partner's email too. Every attendee is added to the Google Calendar event and gets the Meet link, and the household is created or matched from their addresses.

Connect Google Calendar, set up a consultation and send the link to your next enquiry. Fourteen days free, no card.
