Why it exists.
A typical wedding photographer pays for a gallery platform and, separately, a CRM for contracts, invoices and booking. The two don't know about each other, so names, dates and payments get copied between them, and things fall through the gap.
Most of those tools also treat a client as one person. A wedding has two, and often a parent paying part of it. Contracts end up signed by one partner, invoices go to whoever filled in the form, and emails open with one name.
